Deceased father’s bill
My father died nearly a year ago. You sent me a box to return his phone. Now you’re sending his bill to my address. No one at your customer service number appears able to stop this.
Unauthorized add ons
I woke up to bigger than expected bill with a bunch of add ons that were not added by me including Google Play Pass (all the lines are Apple lines). How can I stop add ons from being added unilaterally by Verizon? This is the second time this month I’ve found unauthorized add on.
Data usage breakdown
