How to get the discount for USPS
I work for usps and they give discounts to there workers and I'm having a lot of trouble and I can not figure out how to get my discount for this can someone please help me.

$200 Verizon Gift Card Issue
We established a new line during the 2022 Black Friday Deals/Promotions. The promotion included a $200 gift card and I haven't received it yet. Chat agent kept me waiting for 1 hour

So not only did i get ditched by 2 agents waiting for each one. I was lied to by a previous agent. Then waited 20 more minutes just to get an auto response robot.... I'm about to throw my hands up cancel and go to another cellular provider.
