S22 ultra been having all sorts of connectivity issues since the android 14 update, Im able to send messages but don't receive them, tried all the normal stuff, new sim card a few days ago, I did the recent security update, lots of internet searching with no help.

Text videos not displaying after update
When I receive videos via text message, they are displaying as a jpg and a qcp file. I can hear the audio but there is no video file. This is the same in all three messaging apps that I tested.
