My Jetpack LG LTE device plastic case is distorted due to heat. Do I have a problem?
Yes, you are storing your Jetpack in direct sunlight or near a high heat source. This is a bad idea and will attribute to poor performance if not complete device failure over time.
See the environment specifications for operating your Jetpack from its User Manual. The battery alone is often enough heat to cause performance issues when used in 24x7 scenarios. Adding in external heat is only going to make the device degrade quicker than expected.
