I've been trying to connect my laptop to my mobile hotspot to complete a homework assignment for class due tonight. It worked for the first couple of minutes after following your directions, disconnected, and then told me the same message again. I have tried the method of turning my phone on & off for 5 min three times already. If you could help me solve this issue that would be amazing. In the meantime, I'm going to try connecting to a different device's hotspot. Thanks.
