What are my options to fix? We currently have the unlimited plan, however not using much more data than previously on the XL plan
We understand the need for speed, CRYSTAL94. We’ll do all we can to help resolve your data concerns at home. Let’s gather some more information. When did this start happening? Have you noticed any patterns to it (such as time of day, certain time in the bill cycle, types of data being used)? Do you have smartphones on the same plan and if so, do they experience the same speed issues you describe? Please run a speed test on a site such as speedtest.net and share the results.
