Is this through the Verizon Wireless network or the Verizon Residential services like Fios or DSL?
I rely on my data to keep me connected at all times and definitely want to make sure you can stay connected, CJPIE. Let's dig into this. What happens when trying to get online. What is the make and model of your phone? When did this start?

Problem fixed. Personal hot spot was turned off
