Unable to call my husband from iphone

I‘m unable to call my husband’s iPhone from my iPhone. He can call me without a problem and I can call other people without a problem, but I get a message saying the customer is unavailable whenever I call him. I reset my phone which fixed the problem for a half a day, but am getting the same problem again. I can’t keep resetting my phone all day. How can I fix this?

CGotthelf, it is very peculiar to hear that you are not able to call this one number. I will be more than happy to go through some steps so that you are able to call your husband's iPhone. How long has this been happening for? Can you please describe how you reset your phone? Did you do anything different on your iPhone prior to this happening?
