I have been getting a lot of sales call that show various call back numbers! when I call it them back I am told by Verizon that the number does not
exist, no longer in service or I have dialed incorrectly. But since I just pushed the call back button I didn't dial it all. So why can't Verizon technology
look at the DNS numbers and if it's wrong or bogus they will not allow the call. this would force these marketing phone centers to use their correct ID's then when they break the law and call numbers on the NO-CALL list we can force them to be held accountable.
The technology is available, but it would cause Verizon to do some work and these call centers can be shut down for their illegal tactics.
