HELP ME!!!! I have NEVER in my life had a worse customer service experience in my life. I switched to a personal Verizon account because I transferred out of my work account (which was Verizon) and EVERY EXPERIENCE calling in has been ABHORRENT. I have spent 10+ hours on the phone getting different answers to different topics that have impacted me monetarily (and at this point, emotionally, as I end each phone call on the verge of tears). I NEED A MANAGER TO CALL ME ASAP. Truly the worst experience I have ever had in my life.
