My wife and I are experiencing issues with our Verizon service. Our zip code is 19342. We repeatedly experience issues where multiple incoming calls go straight to voicemail (and don't show up in our missed call list for up to 30 minutes), we also have issues where outgoing calls do not connect until after multiple attempts have been made to complete the call. We both have have different types of phones (she has a Samsung Galaxy s7 and I have a Google Pixel). This is obviously a service issue and not a phone issue... Our latest issue involved our home alarm getting set off and we were not able to receive calls from our alarm company on either of our phones. This could potentially be a significant safety issue if it were an emergency and our service did not properly function. Please resolve this ASAP.
