I downloaded the upgrade.. lollipop.. A screen came on my phone to unlock it. The screen was a figure screen or to use a password.
I had not set it up with a figure nor a password.. so it would not open.. I went to google.. find my phone.. added a temporary password to lock/unlock.. and it locked my phone.. again.. Then the temporary password would not open the phone.. Now i have three more tries and it will factory reset!!! Help!!! i will lose all my phone contents.. What do I do?
