How do I change the message people hear when I don't answer the phone?
that is not the question I asked, the web site changed my question!
Is the question about changing the greeting when you are unable to answer the phone?
If you log into your voice mail, you will hear two options. One references "personal options". For me it is "4".
From there, choose the option to record your personal greeting....and follow the prompts.
