Whole family, five phones plus jetpack. 3 weeks ago we would get 4 bars/4G now 1 bar/ no bars. Was the tower closest to our home updated? All neighbors are having the same issue. Most southern part of 30276 zip.

Are you still showing 4G with your devices? What services are specifically impacted? Are the issues happening both indoors and outdoors? How far do you have to travel from the 30276 area to get the full signal restored?

We have one jetpack, 2 iphones, 7 and 8 and 3 samsung s7. We no longer get 4G or 3G inside or out. We have to drive about 5 miles north to get full strength. If we drive south, we have no service for about 10 miles.
Thank you for the additional information. What troubleshooting steps have you tried since you first started having this issue? Has anything changed in your area lately, for example construction, harsh weather, etc.?

We have rebooted everything. No construction. No bad weather. Happening to ALL in area worth Verizon.
