Dear Verizon,
Yesterday my son showed me a concerning email. It was a congratulations for a review that he wrote about Libertyville GoWireless. He however did not write the review. This is immensely concerning to me as a parent that the security of my children's phones may have been compromised by employees during our trip to an authorized Verizon retailer. He would never have written a review bashing a corporate store we did not visit. This is not the only issues that we have had since I purchased my son's phone. I was told at the store that there was a buy one get one free deal on the droid turbo 2, which was never applied even after being assured it would be taken off the next billing cycle. It is not my job as a parent to hunt down rogue employees who lie to customers and did not want to spend days on the phone with customer service over what happened. Any help that Verizon can give me as well as an explanation to why employees would have enough access to my children's account to make fake reviews would be much appreciated.
