Stylo 2V keeps Dropping WiFi?

My Stylo 2V drops/disables WiFi SEVERAL times a day. Is anyone else experiencing this? Other than powering off/on my phone, I can't stay connected. And I am 20 feet from my Modem. My youngest Granddaughter has the same phone, and her does the same thing. We went over data last month thanks to this little "Inconvenience".

Any ideas? Please?

Let's work together so we can find a proper resolution into this matter. Do you notice that this Wi-Fi issue only occurs at home or does the Wi-Fi connection drop in other locations as well? Do any other devices in your household drop the connection? I only ask as these questions helps determine if the issue is with your home Wi-Fi or the devices themselves.

This only happens on my Stylo 2V, and my Granddaughters phones. I have a Chromebook connected via wireless, my television and a Roku2 player, but they don't loose the WiFi. My phone will actually tell me my WiFi is disabled. It happened in the lobby of the Dentist Monday (05/28) and in Fry's Grocery Store, Walmart, as well as at my Son's house with his WiFi.

I STILL have the issue.

CenturyLink9008 is mine, as well as WATSON.

OBVIOUSLY, I have internet, because I am on my computer, connected to the SAME internet.

hhmmm... pretty useless on a phone that will NOT connect to the INTERNET.

It's crucial these days to make sure you can connect to Wi-Fi without having a hiccup in the process like we are seeing here. Let's keep looking into this connection issue. The next step in the process I'd like to take would be to remove your Wi-Fi connections from the device and re-connect as if it was a new phone connecting to your home Wi-Fi network.
