Is there a way to transfer my iPhone content to my PC?

I need to ask if anyone knows how to transfer all the current content in my iPhone to my Windows 7 PC?  I have an iPhone 6S Plus (64GB,with 44GB still available, latest version = 11.2.6 just verified today) that has been acting very strange. Verizon has sent me a replacement phone, but I was unable (with Apple support) to move my current phone to the new one. Most likely due to my old PC and iTunes not responding correctly.  So, Apple wants to basically strip my current iPhone, which means losing all my contacts and messages. Photos have been downloaded, but I really don't want to lose all my contacts. I don't have my contacts shared with any apps or sites such as FaceBook.

Any advice will be appreciated SO much!

Verizon Wireless allows members to backup their contact lists to the Cloud for free. If the contact list is saved to the Verizon Wireless Cloud, it can be downloaded to the new phone from there. :smileyhappy:
