Slow data service after switching to iPhone 7 with BYOD SIM

After switching from a Motorola Moto G to an Apple iPhone 7 A1660 using the BYOD SIM card, there is service but it is extremely slow. I had only 3G speeds on the Moto G. I thought by using the BYOD SIM card I could get 4G LTE speeds on the new phone. I just checked and I am only seeing about 4.9 Gbps down. Thanks in advance.

We want to make sure you have the best speed possible with your service. Let's get to the bottom of this. Can you explain what you mean by BYOD Sim card? Did you purchase a Prepaid SIM card or device? Are you having trouble with calls or text?
