I am wanting to know how to turn on the caller announcement when I receive a call from a contact.
That is an awesome feature, Debby. We certainly want to make sure you are able to use it. What type of device do you have? If it is an Android, go to Settings>tap Sound and Notifications>select Application notifications and then select Caller ID. Let us know if this works.
