Is there any way to locate a lost iphone 7 its lost in my house and I think its turned off
If the device is off there is not a way to locate it in your home. There is a feature that sends the signal right before it turns off if you have it toggled on via: Settings > Tap on your name at the top > iCloud > Find My iPhone > Send Last Location toggled on. As crazy as this sounds I've found my device with it before depending on which end of the house it was at... and my house isn't that big. Find My iPhone is very accurate overall.
