Messages - I need to receive a 4 digit code from my financial institution. They said Verizon normally blocks any digital code under 7 digits and that I should get Verizon to unblock. I'm getting nowhere getting anybody from verizon to do so. Help.
how's it being sent, email or message? i do both with 6-8 digits without a problem thru chase!
We never want you to miss any short codes from your financial institution, GARAUF67. Bearone21, has a good question. How is this message being sent(email, text message, etc)? So, we aren't back stepping here, did you by any chance call into us before to have them review your account to see if there were any blocks? To my knowledge, we don't block codes under 7 digits.
