How to fix deadzone in Valleyford, WA

I recently moved to Valleyford, WA. It is supposed to be covered by LTE/4G and at times it my phone registers LTE, but only in certain areas. downloads are slow and I cannot use applications, only send and receive I messages and emails sporadically. How can this be fixed without buying an expensive booster?

We definitely strive to provide the best network, J.LLTT0709. I apologize if you have not been receiving the service you deserve. I don't recommend purchasing a network extender until we have performed troubleshooting. Let's work together and see what's going on. To start, what is the make and model of your device? How long have you been experiencing this issue? Does this happen only in specific locations, if so are they indoors or outdoors? I know you mentioned that downloads are slow, how about other services like talk/text? Please provide more details so that we can help reach a resolution regarding this concern. I have an iPhone 7 that I bought 2 months ago. My boyfriend has an iPhone 6s. We just moved to this house 1 week ago. We both get one to 2 bars in the house and sometimes 3G but typically 1x or no service if not near the eastern side of the house. We aren't able to view/load apps even when registering with 3G. I can sometimes get out imessages when I have 3G but typically only texts and half the time those do not send. I can sometimes send out calls but even when outside and have 2-3 bars, calls drop after a few minutes. Sometimes services for call and text are slightly better outdoors, however we have to walk up a hill on the property to make a slight improvement in the quality of service. The nearest full service (full bars/LTE) is about a mile west and east of our house.

Thank you for the details provided. We want to make sure you are able to get the best signal. Service indoors can be tricky as the house materials themselves can block signal from entering your home. Is there Wi-Fi available at home? Our 4G service while great, is not intended to replace in home services. Have you done any troubleshooting with any of the two devices to see if service improves?
