Horrible Phone service in area code 97214 Portland OR

Hi Verzion,  

So in Inner SE Portland, one of the densest areas in Portland, our phone service from se 20th to se 60th and from E Burnside to SE Division street has been horrible for YEARS.  I can't even go outside and call without service becoming choppy.  This area is not out in the boonies or anything but right in a highly dense area. I am getting about 1 to 2 bars with my Pixel and have to use wi-fi to call in my apartment, but would like to be able to call people when I am outside of my apartment.  Can you please look into getting this area more coverage or another tower. One of your competitors Tmobile has better service and I am confused and don't want to switch over.  I know this won't be overnight, but it been bad for years.  Hopefully, you can look into this issue as I know everyone I know are having the same issues with Verzion and Att.  Thank you for listening to my rant.

GAVBRA65, it's important to us that your services are always working as intended. I regret to learn you're having issues in your immediate area and that it is having you consider a possible switch. In reviewing the zip code provided, we're not showing any issues with our cell sites in this area. Although our sites aren't experiencing any issues, it certainly doesn't mean problems can't be experienced as your service will be based on how far you are from a cell site, any obstructions that may be blocking our Radio Frequency signal from penetrating into your area, new construction, population changes in the area and the related increase of traffic on towers among with several other factors. When issues are experienced by multiple customers, the best route is for those customers to call, chat or message us via our Social Media platforms for a coverage check in case a service ticket needs to be filed. This helps to determine if a new cell site is necessary so that a proposal can be submitted to the local building commission in their area for approval. At this time, we're not showing very many tickets filed for services in that zip code to warrant the requested action.
