I've had the worst service from the General Manager, [removed], at the Cherry Creek Verizon store. I asked to speak to his manager, and he would not give me that information. He said it was proprietary, and that he was not about to give me that contact information. He asked me why I needed it and I let him know that I felt he was abrasive and wanted to give my feedback. I then asked that he then ask his manager to call me. He put it in his task list to do when the manager returned from vacation. I never received a call, and now I question if he actually passed on my information. I called Verizon Wireless customer service and they would not give me the information either. I am fed up with this poor customer service. I want my feedback given to [removed] manager, and I would think they would want to know how their employees are treating customers. [removed] other employee was rude to me as well. I let [removed] know, and he acted defensive. Please let me know who I can contact.
