When I try to click on a = Message+ on my browser, the message dissappears.

I've had the issue on Firefox and IE. I can get to my messages just fine but when I click on the contact I have a message from, the message and contact disappear. If I create a new message and send it out, when the contact replies it doesn't show my sent message just their incoming message that I can't click on. I can't bring my phone into the building I work in so this is my only way to stay in contact. How do I fix it?

JACRAI50, it's essential that we keep you connected at work. I can understand how frustrating it would be to have your messages disappear. You said that you can't bring your phone into the building, what device are you connecting to your messages with? Please describe how you're reaching Messages+. When did this problem start?
