How do I set up my phone to connect to mobile hotspots?

Under privacy, there is no option to connect to mobile hot spots. Has anyone had this happen and can I change it?

We want to keep you connected where ever you go.  Most Smartphone devices have the ability to connect to Wi-Fi or a Mobile Hotpsot. Which make/model phone do you have?
