Unable to make/receive calls. Just switched to Pixel 2

I switched to the Google Pixel 2 from a Moto X Pure yesterday. I have been unable to make/receive phone calls and text messages since then. When I dial any number, it tells me, "you are roaming." I'll be traveling for the next three days, so it would be awesome if I could get my phone working before then. Thanks!
