I have a Verizon Ellipsis 10 10 inch tablet. I received it last year at Christmas so it's only 10 months old. Recently it has difficulty holding any kind of a charge and won't charge to 100%. It also randomly shuts off on me all the time even when the battery is more than 50% full. Any advice on what I should do?
