4G LTE Network Extender 2

My iPhone 6s Plus refuses to connect to new network extender; it worked fine for many years with my old NE 3G model.

I just received my new Samsung/Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 2 and got it up and running - it was easy and took less than 30 minutes. All kinds of GPS available, 120 Mbit WAN connection.

However, standing 3 feet (or 30 feet) from the device, neither my phone or my wife’s will connect. Dialing #48 gets me a message saying I am NOT under blah... blah.. coverage, please stand closer.

My Phone is compatible.
