Missing caller IDs from iPhones' calls?

Hello.

When calling out from the family's 3 iPhones (2 iPhone 6+s' iOS v11.2.1 + iPhone 4S' iOS v9.3.5), Spectrum landline's caller IDs doesn't see their names. Other callers are fine to this landline.

Is there something missing to show the iPhones' caller IDs to others? They used to show up months ago. What's up and how to fix it?
