I am beyond frustrated with a really bad experience I just had with my local Verizon store. I have tried calling and live chatting, but I keep getting "All representatives are busy," on both the phone and the live chat. I am a busy too, and it's absolutely ridiculous that I should have to wait this long to discuss a problem with a customer service rep. I couldn't speak to anybody in the store either, since their was only one person working, which is the person I had issues with. What are my options, besides writing a letter that they won't receive quickly?? I am really upset that in this day and age Verizon doesn't have an email that I can use to quickly discuss my issues.
