verizon service in oklahoma

230$ a month and i wake up to half or more of the state of Oklahoma being down!! glad we all over pay you for this when we all know you will not compensate us for it. can we get a time frame on when it will be back up atleast or something to track the progress of yalls mistake????

Are all of your services impacted, voice, text, and data? Once your service is working again, we can certainly reimburse you for the time you were out of service.
