Is anybody else experience service connection problems in Tulsa? I can't make a call or get on the internet. Yes, my bill is up to speed.
no service in Oklahoma City
down in Jenks as well (and driving in south Tulsa). Chatted with Verizon via wifi a few minutes ago. they indicated there is an outage - no indication of how widespread or ETA for resolution. Their solution to find out any information ("standard procedure") is to call the 800 number for customer service - tough to do when the phone service is dead!

No service in Moore, OK either!
So do we know what caused it?
It's 9:34am and I still don't have service. What is going on?!? Texts in/out are sporadic, no calls in or out.
Still no service in Tulsa.
"Officials with Verizon confirmed that the outage was due to a cut fiber line."
It seems very unlikely that one fiber optic hub would black out Tulsa and Oklahoma city and not the areas in between. Here is a report:
