I'm new to using a hotspot....what am I missing? The device connects to my computer and to my phone but won't connect them to the internet. I can't find anything about getting actually connected. Has anyone ever dealt with this, and how to correct?
Oh, hey guys....thought I'd let you know what the issue was. We ended up having to call Verizon for help. Turns out our hotspot had not been activated with the SIM card. We had to do a hard reset on the device and also activate the SIM card. Now it works just fine!
