It's terrible. Not sure if we need more towers or what, but it does not seem like the service has been upgraded accordingly with the population. I even upgraded my unlimited plan to the super duper unlimited plan and it is still terrible. Surprised Verizon can charge the same $$ for service that is consistently poor.
