i have had Verizon for a long time and within the last week my service inside my home has suddenly worsened with dropped calls and inability to make calls. Please help or I will need to switch carriers as I have my own business in my home

Yes I’m still experiencing problems. Yesterday one call was dropped five times. I’m using an iPhone X and my family has the same issues with iPhone 8. All have been updated
