My IPhone 6 Plus all of a sudden has font size so large on its screen that I am unable to sign in or turn off. Therefore, no way to get to Apps or reduce font size. There is also a lock displayed on top right of screen.
Sounds like you are in "zoomed" view in the display section of settings....
