Last year, my father died. He had a Verizon account and was at the time still using it. He left me a Galaxy S7 Edge to switch to whenever I needed it. My current phone is having hard times and I tried to switch to the new S7, but I was informed it is on a "no pay" list. For obvious reasons, he didn't make the last payment. How do I go about taking this phone, as well as my father's phone, off of this list so I may use what he's left me?
