Slow connections

My wife (and step-daughter) also have Verizon with me but on different accounts. We all are complaining how SLOW everything is!!! I have only 3 bars at home when I used to have all 5. The internet is very slow too and my computer, connected to the same wifi, is fine.

This is clearly a Verizon or Apple issue. We do all have iPhones, but different ones.

This started last week and is so bad that webpages will not load. Can you look into this?

We have 3 phones. Same issues with slow connection. Can't download apps. Called Verizon. They suggested to upgrade the plan for faster speed. Very disappointing as this didn't happen before. Did Verizon decrease the speed to cause customers to pay more to upgrade the plan. Very disappointed. Have had Verizon for almost 30 years and until now, have been pretty satisfied. This is concerning.

Depending upon which plan(s) are being subscribed to, deprioritization and throttling could be in effect.
