I keep getting billed for a hotspot that I purchased. I thought It was a prepaid 10gig unit but I was mislead. I would like to pay this bill and cancel my service.
That is a great question. You can use your My Verizon online account to submit a payment or you can head directly to, https://www.verizonwireless.com/paymybill/index.html. To cancel your account you can contact our Customer service line at, 800-922-0204 for immediate assistance.
