Sometimes I get 3 or 4 bars, but most time on 1 bar, why?

I am not worried about reception at my house. I asked why reception is bad at [removed]. Please answer what I ask! Sometimes its 4 bars then suddenly its 1, why?

vette40509, It's essential that we get you the best service where you need it. I can understand how frustrating this would be. How long has this been going on? Is anyone else affected there? Does you service improve outside versus inside?

It has been happening long time, at least a year. Just seems worse recently! Goes from 4 bar to 1 in an instant.
