NetExtenders visibility on VZW

VZBill

I have own a total of 3 online network extenders,

a 3G and an original 4G and the newer 4G. As of late the only one listed under my account.

is the 3G device. The 4G extenders have disappeared, they all were there a time ago. They are all working properly so theres

really no problem, just curious as to why they have disappeared off the VZW website.

Any thoughts will be appreciated. They have been rebooted.

Again, they are all fully operational.

I would be equally curious as well to see why my extenders are not showing VZBill. How are you viewing this information? Can you please provide me the steps? Do you have them all active on one account?
