I am having the same issues. When I try to connect my tablet, or my phone to the jetpack I get "Authentication Error detected". I've removed the SIM card....I've hit the reset button.... shut both the jetpack and the computer down to reboot.....nothing. Same message.
The jetpack works fine for my Smart TV and Bluetooth player, so I know it is working.
Again, like Nimblebean, neither the
http://my.jetpack or
http://192.168.1.1 work in the browser when I'm using my phone as a hotspot. But I'm most definitely connected to the internet as I am typing and sending this to you (using my phone hotspot, not my jetpack).
Is there a software or firmware update I can get to?
Again, this is very frustrating as I am about to disconnect my line of service if I can't soon get my MHS815L to work for my tablet and phone.
