why can't I get my voice mail back back. I had it when I had a flip phone but when I upgraded to an apple iphone 6 plus I have never been able to access it. I can not access it to reset it or anything? Thanks for any helpful advice
You needed to setup the voicemail again with the iPhone. The iPhone uses a different voicemail system from the basic non-visual voicemail used by the basic phone. Voicemail Setup - Apple iPhone | Verizon Wireless
