I am unable to receive and send email messages on my phone
Have you tried removing the account from the phone and setting it up again?

Are you still having these issues after performing those steps? Can you log in to your email account and send and receive messages through your desktop? Have you ever been able to send and recieve email from this phone, and when did this issue first start?
