No GPS with Network Extender

I am unable to get a Verizon Network Extender SCS-2U01 to aquire GPS signal. Power and Wan are solid blue. Sys is flashing red and GPS is solid magenta. I have repositioned the gps unit numerous times near windows and currently it is outside the house under an unobstructed sky! Still no gps signal and even several reboots at each location. Gps connections are not loose.

I don't like the sound of this,  poprocker. As you know locking on to that GPS is crucial. How long have you had the Network Extender? When did it last connect up to GPS?
