I started a new job at 44th street and camelback road in the London Center on the southwest corner in phoenix 85018. This is in the heart of the business district in this area and it is unbelievable that I am unable to get a good connection in this location.
Signal strength on my phone is often 105dBm 1asu. I have a droid turbo 2.
I took my daughters phone to work and she gets the exact same level of quality signal.
I looked at other peoples phones in the office who have Verizon and they also have a terrible signal that drops calls.
I go outside the building to get a slightly better signal however even outside of the building phone calls are garbled and dropped. Sometimes the signal is ok but most of the time (I would say 80%) of the time the signal is barely usable or unusable.
I have changed the setting from Global to LTE/CDMA and the signal is just as bad.
This is not just my phone it is everyone in the offices phone that is unfortunate enough to have Verizon. I have had Verizon for a long time and have kept them because they give a good signal so I find it baffling that in this central business location that the signal is so poor.
Let me know if something can be done in this location as I can not deal with a phone carrier that I am unable to use for 10 hours a day due to poor signal quality.
