On occasion, an incoming call won't ring although the voicemail tone and voicmail come through. It doesn't even show as a missed call, just a voicemail. This has been happening for quite a while. Numerous chats with techs haven't fixed it. In talking to some other Verizon people at work I'm finding out it happens to them at times also. I went through a whole troubleshooting tree on the Verizon website, but that fixed nothing.
