When will coverage return to what it used to be?

Zipcode 37821...Verizon signal used to be the best. Now I am lucky if I can connect a call out or in. Inside or outside it does not matter. I get more dropped calls (6 in a row although the phone said I had 1 or 2 bars and I was even signed on for Wifi calling). I can go halfway through my front yard and coverage is a little better. This is dangerous if you cannot call 911 in an emergency!!!

Your concerns have been the topic of many discussions on this forum. They have all been answered extensively.

If your concern is dialing 911, you should get a landline. They are the most reliable service available for inside your home.

If you had wi-fi calling enabled Verizon's poor signal shouldn't have mattered since you would be using your ISPs network not Verizon. Sounds more like a phone issue if both the mobile signal AND wi-fi are both acting poorly.
