4G LTE Network Enhancer won't connect to AT&T iPhone 6

I just received a Samsung/Verizon 4G LTE Network Enhancer. It connected right away with my Verizon iPhone5, but won't seem to connect with my work's AT&T iPhone6. I've gone into settings, and followed those steps.

Any ideas on how to get them paired up?

Those won't work with each other, only Verizon 4GLTE devices are compatible with the network extender
